Serious disturbances take place during a demonstration organized to commemorate the first anniversary of the massacre in Via Acca Larenzia. Episodes of urban guerrilla warfare are recorded in the Centocelle district with gunfire, throwing of incendiary bottles, fire of cars and buses, damage to shop windows. Following the intervention of the police, police officer Alessio Speranza kills the neo-fascist Alberto Giaquinto with a gunshot to the head. The riots will be accused, among others Luigi D’Addio, Maurizio Lattarulo, Saverio Uva, Flavio Serpieri, Dario Pedretti, Elio Giallombardo and Massimo Morsello. But the tragic day is not over yet: a few hours later three neo-fascists are victims of a shooting of the terrorists of the organization Comrades Organized for Communism: Stefano Cecchetti dies and Maurizio Battaglia and Alessandro Donatone are injured.
